Coming to beauty at the bay is an absolute treat! Gemma’s usually on the front desk and is always super lovely and welcoming. No matter how busy the salon is there is always an air of calm and the decor is beautiful. I’ve had a variety of treatments throughout my time as a client and all of the girls are so friendly and amazing at what they do, I’ve never come away feeling disappointed. Special mention to Labertina who always looks after me with massage, thank you! The sorbet and herbal tea in the relaxation room is fabulous! Ten out of ten service, highly recommend :)

I had a gel manicure and massage from Beauty at the Bay today and it made my day so special. My nails were beautiful and my massage was so lovely. I especially appreciated Belle making me feel so comfortable and at ease during the massage and I left feeling much better - not just because of the massage but because she was so kind.

I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had with Lisa. She really listened and tailored the aromatherapy massage to exactly what I needed after a stressful time, and I left feeling so relaxed and cared for. The relaxation area is beautiful and comfy with lovely refreshments, a calm atmosphere where I didn’t feel at all rushed. I had the electrolysis treatment for milia removal with Marie as my aesthetician. Marie is professional and very knowledgeable, giving advice for the right treatment and aftercare and explaining the process every step of the way. Her work is precise but gentle, from start to finish I felt at ease and in safe hands! All of the blemishes are gone. Thank you for giving my confidence back. I can’t recommend Marie and the salon highly enough!
